“I feel the healing impact on myself and the people I work with. I like to share with you about my experience and my insight of over 50 years.”

After completing a MA in Somatic Psychology/Dance/Movement Therapy at Naropa University, Boulder CO, she served for several years in outpatient and inpatient settings, including the Friendship House in Boulder CO., the Kardon Institute for Arts Therapy and Renfrew Center in Philadelphia and conducted “Wisdom of the Body, an Introduction to Dance/Movement Therapy at Georgian Court University, NJ.

Brigitta is a process oriented Dance/Movement therapist, coaching in support of healthy living and awareness of the whole person to address emotional and physical issues, and as a preventive measure.

I work with individuals and groups.

The duration of a sessions varies from 60 to 90 min. it includes creative visualization, moving, and process in form of talking, drawing, video documentation. Each session finds its design and process contingent on the need of the individual and the participants in a group.

Brigitta’s own healing journey began in the early 80s, after the experience of a dramatic transformation. In trying to understand this process, her journey led to research, studies, and practices of Creative Visualization, Body Mind Centering, REIKI, Reflexology, energy healing at Barbara Brennan School of Healing, Kinetic Awareness, Sound Healing, and Somatic Psychology and Dance/ Movement Therapy.

Brigitta’s love for — and communication with nature, her ongoing practices of Yoga, meditation, drumming, dancing, and voicing serve as a catalyst for her own healing. Brigitta is the mother of two daughters and one grandson.

I feel the healing impact on myself and like to share with you about my experience and my insight of over 50 years.” Gitta
